Scaling, mixing, and baking naturally leavened sourdough.Responsibilities:
-Primary duty will be making our organic naturally leavened sourdough. -Must have a love for baking bread with the ability to adapt to ever changing environmental factors.
-Must have a “gotta wanna bake” attitude. Innovation is a plus but not a requirement.Qualifications:
