-Time management is crucial along with a desire for products to turn out. YOU’VE GOTTA WANNA BAKE! We are not a set it and forget it bakery.

-Primary duty will be making our organic naturally leavened sourdough -Must have a love for baking bread with the ability to adapt to ever changing environmental factors
-Must have a “gotta wanna bake” attitude. Innovation is a plus but not a requirementQualifications:
